Slovenia, an eastern europe country, however, it is one of the most demoract country in EE.
First one to join European Union as well. First one from EE to adopt Euro in their own country.
This only 2 million population, a very samll country, with only 20,250 square KM, but create $28,010.76 GDP
(estimate for 2008), which is smaller than Taiwan (35,801 km2), however, result almost similar GDP like we do ($30,100, 2007).
But our population is 23million, 10 times more than Slovenian. What makes this country in such progress after they were independence from former yugoslavia country?
I haven't digged out the truth, but from all the EE countries, they suffered less than others during those wars, and they adopt democrat really early than others as well.
Maybe some taiwaness didn't know where Slovenia is. If you check on the map, they are close to Italy and have a very small coast line in Adria Sea.
Share some living concept like Italian, but much hard working and with good education in general.
Most of the Slovenian can speak very nice English. Their TV is having original sound track of languages and with Slovenia subtitles.


斯洛維尼亞,東歐一個不起眼的小國家,卻是第一個加入歐盟並且使用歐元的東歐前共產國家
面積只有20, 250平方公里,2百萬人口,但卻可以創造GDP高達28,010美金
如果與台灣比較,我的面積是36平方公里,人口是她們的十倍,我們的GDP是3萬元美金
相較之下,似乎斯洛維尼亞的產值較優異
我不並了解真正的原因為何,但是朋友告訴我說由於過去斯洛維尼亞遭遇較少的戰爭摧殘
也先行脫離南斯拉夫共和國,實施民主等,導致現今的經濟狀況較其他東歐國家進步
除此之外,斯洛維尼亞人所受的教育也相對高,大部分的人都會說英語
電視也以原音播出,配上斯洛維尼亞字幕,使得民眾自然可以學習英語與習慣英語環境等等
這些都讓斯洛維尼亞擁有現今的成就


If you are first time come to Slovenia, you would be impressed by those cozy atmosphere locally.
Everyone is sitting by the rivers at the old towns, drinking and chatting.
Like there is no other things could bother them in life.
It is safe and clean, you can even walk home very late in the eveing.

Slovenia is also a place, you can go ski and to the beach at the same season.
Moreover, they are very popular for skiing, some nice players and nice fileds to practices too.
Lot of europeans come here often to ski in Winter.
As for the beach, just a very small coast, which is easily packed with people in summer.
Next time come to Slovenia, you may think fly to Japan first then take JAL to Ljublijana.
